RUFFINI, S.A., established in 1964, is dedicated to the pressure moulding of parts cast in aluminium alloys, and serves the automotive and household appliances industries on the spanish and international markets. With a forward looking philosophy, the highest levels of quality, professionalism, and service the company guarantees full support to its customers in any type of production runs in medium or large volume series.

Our infraestructure allows us to easily handle the production of large series of cast parts as required.

The production system is fully approved by the majority of large multinational companies directly associated with the automovile industry and which account for 70% of our total output.

We have been audited and approved as compliant with the quality requirements of our customers and we fulfill specific standarts such as: FORD Q1, Valeo 1000, Lucas DS 2000, etc.

We have a complete range of machines with closing pressures from 500 to 1,650 tons, the majority of them served by robots. Our current net production is 10,000 tons per annum.

Our company is not in any way associated with spanish or other external companies involved in the aluminium die casting industry. We use our own technology. Our Engeneering Department works in close co-operation with our customers, providing them with our vast experience in casting, the most suitable manufacturing methods, and the skill of our highly qualified staff to make a complete study of the design, construction, and production of any part.

We provide the precise response and the advice required to bring your projects to life and to design, develop and construct your dies and tools. Based on our experience we offer also advice on the finish or machining of a part.

The quality requirements imposed by the market have obliged us to use the most sophisticated control methods: tooling control, high-precision three-dimesional measuring equipment, spectrometric analisys of aluminium, X-ray inpections, etc.

More recently, in response to the appearance of international standarts that are recognised by all industrial sectors, we adapted our quality system to obtain UNE-EN-ISO 9002 certification which was then extended to cover the requirements of QS-9000 and VDA 6.1.

Our staff of 250, each specialised in his own particular production area, provides the highest possible level of professional service.

Our centre for engineering, production, logistics and administration covers a total floor space of 22,000 square meters.
